What We Do:
Our particular interest lies in identifying the causative factors behind injury occurrence. This enables us to apply the corrective actions needed to return you to full health.
Initially we provide a thorough assessment of your injury or problem. This is followed by an accurate diagnosis. This gives your Chartered Physiotherapist the basis to provide a "hands on" treatment and rehabilitation programme, aiming for a full recovery of the condition in as few treatment sessions as possible.
State of the art electrotherapy may be used. Ultrasound, interferential and TENS are all tools that your Chartered Physiotherapist can call upon.
At our studio, we also utilise resistance training, exercise balls, medicine balls, Pilates equipment (including a reformer and combo chair) in rehabilitating clients.
Can We Help You?
Whether you have hurt yourself at home, at work or on the sporting field, our Chartered Physiotherapists will help you recover faster and minimise your chance of re-injury.
Our clients vary from Olympians, Irish rugby players, to those suffering with arthritis or mums-to-be. Our clinic provides care to a wide variety of clients from simple sprains to more complex chronic conditions requiring intensive rehabilitation.
The service at Bodyworks is friendly and personal. Only one client is treated by your therapist at any one time, ensuring you receive our undivided attention.
Qualifications, professionalism, on-going training/continued professional development based on the most advanced medical research and a wealth of experience are the hallmarks of the staff at Bodyworks.
All the physiotherapists working at Bodyworks possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy and are registered members with the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (www.iscp.ie).
Our Pilates teachers are all highly skilled and qualified instructors. The methods in which they trained vary between Clinical Pilates, Body Control Pilates and Stott Pilates.
